Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Architect to drive the technical strategy for high-stakes tenders, designing multi-system solutions across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains for winning proposals.
You will lead cross-functional teams, review customer specs, and coordinate with EPCs, utilities, and end users to ensure compliant designs and successful project handoffs. This role requires travel and strong communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Serve as primary technical lead throughout bid/tendering, coordinating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Review specs and drawings to create compliant, competitive designs.
- Develop integrated electrical and power system solutions including MV/LV, protection, and automation.
