Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal Technical Tendering Lead to shape complex, integrated infrastructure solutions. You will steer the technical strategy for high-stakes tenders, designing multi-system solutions across electrical, mechanical, and digital technologies to win proposals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review customer requirements, and drive value engineering to optimize proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Significant experience with electrical power systems, power distribution, substations, automation, or related infrastructure solutions.
Experience developing technical proposals, bids, tenders, or engineered solutions for complex projects.
Strong understanding of medium/high voltage electrical systems, protection schemes, transformers, switchgear, and distribution equipment.
Familiarity with industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, or digital power.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical development of complex proposals ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
Act as the primary technical lead throughout the bid process in cross-functional teams.
Review specifications, drawings, and requirements to design compliant and competitive solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and SMEs to develop optimized deliverables and mitigate risk.
Support negotiations with technical justification and ensure smooth transition to execution.
