Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of complex customer proposals and align them with requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical lead throughout the bid process with cross-functional teams.
• Review specifications and develop compliant, competitive solution designs.
• Develop integrated electrical and power system solutions including MV/LV, protection, and automation.
• Drive technical strategy, value engineering, and cost optimization for proposals.
• Coordinate reviews and align stakeholders to ensure proposal quality and risk mitigation.
• Engage with customers, consultants, EPCs, utilities, and end users to clarify needs.
• Identify risks, assumptions, and opportunities; incorporate into proposals.
• Support commercial negotiations with technical justification.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal SMEs for optimized deliverables.
• Ensure smooth transition to execution with complete technical documentation.
