Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal Technical Tendering Lead to shape the future of complex, integrated infrastructure solutions. You will lead the technical strategy for high-stakes tenders, designing multi-system solutions combining electrical, mechanical, and digital technologies into winning proposals.

You will drive technical solution strategy, engage with customers and stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams through the bid process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with electrical power systems, substations, automation, or related infrastructure.
• Ability to develop technical proposals and engineered solutions for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV systems, protection schemes, transformers, and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of complex and strategic customer proposals.
• Serve as the primary technical lead across the bid/tendering process with cross-functional teams.
• Review customer specs and drawings to develop compliant, competitive designs.
• Develop integrated electrical and power system solutions including MV/LV, protection, and automation.
• Drive technical strategy, value engineering and cost optimization for proposals.
• Identify risks and opportunities and incorporate them into proposals.
