Job summary

JLL is seeking an entry-level Tenant Service Representative to act as the front desk greeter and primary contact for tenants, clients, and visitors in a commercial office setting.

You will work closely with property management teams to ensure seamless service delivery, address inquiries, and coordinate maintenance requests, contributing to a positive tenant experience and building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments.
• 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs
• Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction
• Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases
• All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations
