Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Ambassador to support two Class-A office buildings in Plano, TX. You will serve as the operational backbone, handling work orders, vendor oversight, occupancy services, and guest support to ensure a best-in-class workplace experience.

In this full-time in-office role, you will collaborate with the Site and Facility Manager, monitor SLAs, track performance, and contribute to cost savings initiatives while delivering exceptional service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years in hospitality, vendor management, or facility/property management within a Class-A office building environment.
• Proven work order ticketing experience with CMMS or similar systems.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to adapt to new devices and applications.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site contact for client employee inquiries and ticket resolution.
• Manage work order ticketing through the CMMS system and dispatch to staff and vendors.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party vendor performance and invoicing.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and SLA compliance.
• Support budgeting, cost-savings initiatives, procurement, data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and guest services; manage access and mail services.
• Act as onsite emergency contact and resolve after-hours situations with professionalism.
