Job summary

JLL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional client service on-site within a select portfolio. You will engage with client employees and guests, coordinate Experience/ Ambassador Services, and support a high-touch hospitality culture.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, team leadership, and the creation of programming to improve the workplace experience while ensuring compliance with SLAs and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Experience Services contact for client employees and guests.
• Develop programming to reduce friction and improve the workplace experience.
• Ensure services are delivered per SLAs and compliant with policies and local laws.
• Lead and coach Ambassadors, manage onboarding, scheduling, and performance.
