Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA to support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach. The role focuses on tenant communication, move-ins/outs, lease administration, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in residential property management or hospitality/customer service. This position is full-time, on-site with a biweekly pay frequency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Residential property management experience is preferred
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests and work orders
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewal process
• Coordinate Move-In/Move-Out by traveling to properties with tenants
• Prepare Notices and routine correspondence as directed
• Respond to prospective residents and schedule property tours
• Communicate with residents during rent collection
• Assist in Security Deposit Disposition adhering to state laws
• Prepare leases and addendums for signature
• Ensure all property and tenant data is documented in software
• Maintain up-to-date communications in the system for the team
