Job summary

PUR​E HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to balance daily operations with owner and resident experience. You will ensure properties are well maintained, keep accurate records, and respond to tenant and owner concerns promptly.

This in-office role requires real estate licensing in CA or ability to obtain within 6 months, and a passion for hospitality-style service. You will conduct lease activities, coordinate maintenance, and help drive earnings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience required.
• Real estate license in CA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and tenant/owner relationships.
• Review invoices and coordinate funds with property owners.
• Monitor rents, issue notices, and assist with evictions if needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections; ensure leases are complete.
• Maintain accurate management records and reporting.
• Conduct property showings and lease negotiations.
