Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to balance daily operations with delivering exceptional experiences for residents and owners. This in-office role emphasizes compliance, timely communications, and accurate record-keeping while elevating property standards in a dynamic portfolio.

The successful candidate will hold or pursue a Montana Property Management license, bring hospitality or customer service experience, and thrive on multitasking while maintaining professional relationships

Qualifications

• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
• Residential property management experience preferred; training available.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with laws and company policies for residential rentals.
• Review invoices and coordinate with owners for payments.
• Monitor rent delinquency and communicate with owners as needed.
• Send demand letters, issue notices, and initiate eviction actions as required.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and keep owners informed of activities.
• Assist owners with questions about financial statements.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly records of management activity.
