PURE HomeRiver in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach. The role handles tenant communication, move-ins, maintenance requests, and lease preparation.

You will keep records up to date, meet deadlines, and help ensure a respectful tenant experience. Candidates with residential property management or hospitality/customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality / customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests and costs.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out with tenants during scheduled times.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and coordinate property showings.
• Communicate with residents about rent collection and issues.
• Assist in preparing security deposit dispositions per state laws.
• Prepare leases with necessary addendums and attachments.
• Document all property and tenant information in management software.
• Maintain up-to-date communications accessible to the team.
