Job summary

PURE HomeRiver seeks a Property Manager to balance daily operations with owner and resident experiences. In-office role focusing on timely rents, maintenance coordination, and compliance; you will manage records, communicate clearly, and uphold fair housing and state laws.

Qualifications

• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain one within 6 months is required.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Clear communication and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are reviewed and funds provided to pay vendors and owners.
• Monitor rent delinquency and communicate with owners as needed.
• Send demand letters, initiate evictions, and attend court as required.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and inform owners of progress.
• Assist with lease administration and owner financial statements.
• Maintain and file lease and management records accurately.
• Conduct property visits and verify compliance with owner agreements.
• Gather market data and provide pricing feedback to owners.
