Job summary

Regency Centers is seeking a Manager of Tenant Coordination in Westport, CT. You will guide tenants from lease execution to opening, ensuring alignment with lease requirements, timelines, and brand standards.

You will coordinate among tenants, leasing agents, property managers, and project managers to drive on-time rent commencement. The role involves pre-lease and build-out coordination, plan reviews, TICAs, and regular site visits to verify progress and drive successful tenancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tenant coordination, property management, or similar

Responsibilities

• Guide tenants from lease execution to store opening
• Coordinate tenant improvements with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
• Review leases and drawings for critical dates and requirements
• Coordinate permitting and inspections to obtain COs
• Oversee punch list and final documentation
• Support in reviewing vacant spaces for readiness
