Job summary

Trademark Property Company, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Tenant Delivery Manager to own tenant space delivery from lease execution through grand opening across our retail and mixed-use portfolio.

You will coordinate Ownership, Leasing, Development, Property Management, Asset Management, and Tenants, proactive risk management, and drive successful openings. Regular travel to properties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Tenant Coordination, retail development, or related field.
• Experience supporting retail, mixed-use, or shopping center tenants through construction and opening preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret leases, workletters, and exhibits to identify delivery obligations and milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve constructability issues and ensure Landlord delivery obligations.
• Lead design coordination, plan reviews, and approvals across tenants and consultants.
• Manage pre-construction requirements, permits, insurance, and deposits to enable on-time openings.
• Track schedules, dashboards, and KPIs; act as central contact from lease to grand opening.
