Job summary

Centennial is seeking a Senior Tenant Coordinator to work closely with the VP Tenant Coordination on all tenant build-out activities. You will track information from LOI to tenant move-in, coordinating with leasing, architects, and contractors to ensure work aligns with lease requirements and budgets.

The role requires reviewing drawings, expediting submittals, selecting contractors, and managing timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability for creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibit high motivation and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant activities from LOI through landlord build-out.
• Review drawings and submit comments to architects, GCs, and tenants; secure approvals.
• Select contractors, bid and negotiate work.
• Oversee build-out to ensure on-time and on-budget performance.
• Maintain budgets and forecast expenses; manage vendors.
