Job summary

Centennial is seeking a tenant coordination leader to manage tenant design and construction activities. You will oversee the entire tenant build-out process, coordinate with design teams, contractors, and leasing personnel, and ensure on-time store openings across the portfolio.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage internal staff and external consultants while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage employees and outside consultants
• Strong communication and analytical skills with problem solving
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Landlord drawings, MEPs and other project documents for tenant build-out
• Oversee tenant construction to ensure on-time store openings
• Review leases to determine Landlord’s work obligations and provide cost estimates
• Select contractors to perform Landlord’s Work obligations and approve submittals
• Hire, train, and mentor tenant coordinators
• Interface with corporate management, leasing, design consultants, and local authorities
• Support Leasing Agents with preliminary tenant space layouts and concept designs
• Exhibit high motivation and work independently or in teams
