Job summary

Centennial is seeking a Senior Tenant Coordinator to work directly with the VP Tenant Coordination, directing all tenant activities related to the construction and build-out of tenant space.

You will track tenant information from LOI through tenant opening, coordinate with Leasing, review drawings, select contractors, and manage submittals to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in commercial construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability for creative thinking and problem solving
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Manage time effectively in order to accomplish goals
• Exhibit high motivation and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Ability to take direction and work independently or with others
• Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate strategies and frame solutions to complex issues

Responsibilities

• Track all tenant information from LOI through payment of tenant allowance after tenant opens
• Work with Leasing Department and Tenant during Lease negotiation
• Review tenant drawings and submit comments to architects, GCs, and tenant
• Select contractors – bid and negotiate work
• Expedite review and approve tenant submittals (shop drawings, signage, storefront)
• Issue timely correspondence to tenant per lease requirements
• Coordinate Landlord drawings, MEPs for distribution to Tenant
• Oversee Tenant construction build-out and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses and ensure vendors adhere to requirements
