Job summary

Primestor Development is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager, Retail Tenant Coordination for a large-scale mixed-use development in Norwalk, CA with on-site work in Culver City and Norwalk. You will own tenant delivery from LOI through opening, guiding consultants, contractors and internal partners to meet aggressive openings.

You bring 7–10 years in CRE/retail construction, strong budget and schedule discipline, and the ability to read plans and coordinate between Leasing, Development and

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction management or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing build-to-suit or Landlord’s Work projects from design through opening.
• Proficiency reading construction drawings and lease construction provisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular Tenant Coordination meetings with tenants, clients and project teams.
• Own tenant delivery from LOI through opening and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules and contracts for consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Development and Asset Management to meet opening targets.
