Job summary

Kimco is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to manage construction execution, tenant communication, and TI/TA processing for new tenants in the New York area. You will serve as the primary liaison from lease execution through space delivery, coordinating with PMs and CM for approvals and payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong document review skills and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with document review including certificates of insurance and lien releases.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Track all deals from lease execution and coordinate timelines.
• Send Welcome Packages to tenants via Property Manager.
• Collect tenant contact information and populate Salesforce.
• Set up CTI budget for deal related costs.
• Collect and review all required documentation from tenants.
• Process TIA payments and related invoicing.
• Coordinate transfer of utility accounts for tenants moving in/out.
• Monitor milestone dates to ensure timely completion of work.
• Review and approve tenant construction drawings.
• Oversee small tenant interior/exterior projects.
