PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Seattle-Tacoma, WA. You will support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach, handling tenant communication, move-ins, maintenance requests, and leases with accuracy.

You will keep records current and ensure deadlines are met, contributing to a positive tenant experience built on trust. The role emphasizes serving with purpose and delivering on promises, creating a tenant experience defined by respect.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software and manage maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewals and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Travel to properties to prepare and coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed.
