Job summary

Haven Property Management in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of residential properties.

You will handle tenant communications, leasing coordination, property inspections, and coordinate maintenance, with hybrid work and occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Property management experience including tenant relations, rental inspections, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with property management software and technology tools.
• Knowledge of local property management laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orient new tenants to the property's rules, regulations, and amenities during move-in.
• Coordinate key exchange and provide move-in instructions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals and minimize tenant turnover.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone and email.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, rental terms, and application procedures.
