Job summary

Two Coast Living in Seattle seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support a multifamily property with leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, and administrative duties. You will work with a Property Manager or Area Manager to lead a team and drive resident satisfaction while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely rent collection.

The role requires 2+ years in multifamily property management, proficiency with AMSI/Entrata, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Experience supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in an office environment.
• Valid driver’s license for vehicle use.

• Oversee maintenance activities and vendor coordination.
