Job summary

PURE HomeRiver seeks an Assistant Property Manager in Seattle-Tacoma, WA. You will support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach, handle tenant communications, coordinate move-ins, track maintenance, and prepare leases with accuracy.

This role requires someone who takes pride in helping others, keeps records current, meets deadlines, and delivers on promises while serving with purpose and creating a respectful tenant experience.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience is preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, state statutes, and all laws pertaining to residential rentals.
• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests and ensure timely completion within estimated costs.
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewal process.
• Travel to properties within schedule to coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants.
• Prepare Notices and routine correspondence as directed by Property Manager.
• Respond and follow up with prospective residents, including property tours.
• Communicate with residents throughout rent collection process.
• Assist in Security Deposit Disposition adhering to state laws and company policies.
• Prepare leases with addendums and attachments for tenant signatures.
• Document property and tenant information in property management software.
• Maintain timely communication in the system for team-wide access.
