PURE HomeRiver, based in Seattle-Tacoma, WA, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support tenants and owners with a service-minded approach and a commitment to excellence.

The role handles tenant communications, coordinates move-ins, tracks maintenance requests, and prepares leases with accuracy. It maintains current records and supports daily operations, while the company offers a comprehensive rewards package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewal process.
• Travel to properties within the scheduled time requirement to coordinate move-ins/m move-outs.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed by Property Manager.
• Respond to prospective residents and schedule property reviews.
• Communicate with residents during rent collection.
• Prepare security deposit disposition per state laws.
• Prepare leases with required addendums and attachments.
• Document property and tenant information in the software.
• Maintain ongoing communications in the system for team visibility.
