Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Temporary Workplace Coordinator to support the FOX Workplace Team on Campus. The role focuses on data input, analysis, and supporting facilities software, with a 6-month duration and full-time on-site/flexibility in the Los Angeles area.

The position requires at least 1 year in admin/coordinator work in facilities or data-driven fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with MS Office and Excel. On-site 3 days, remote 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a Facilities related or data-driven field
• Clear communication and strong analytical and organizational skills
• Customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable using a computer and looking at a monitor for most of the day
• Knowledge of MS Office; mid-level or higher Excel
• Familiar with ChatGPT/AI usage and floor plan reading

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the FOX Workplace Team in all aspects of the workplace environment and its data
• Work with IWMS Facility programs (FMI/Open Blue/CX App/FMS Employee/Power BI/Yardi) and their data sets
• Assist in app management and projects
• Monitor and input data into FMI as needed
• Pull data sets for various projects from multiple sources
• Use ChatGPT regularly to help fine-tune data
• Conduct floor/building walks to report floor plan updates
• Maintain accurate data within internal tools and systems
• Track scheduled work and progress on Monday boards
• Collaborate with the Real Estate department
