Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Temporary Workplace Coordinator to support the FOX Workplace Team in Los Angeles. This 6-month assignment involves data input, analysis, and assisting in managing facilities software.

The role requires on-site work three days a week with two remote days, offering hands-on experience with FMI, Power BI, Yardi, and AI tools. You will help maintain data accuracy, support in floor plan updates, and collaborate with Real Estate on projects.

Qualifications

1+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a Facilities related or adjacent field or a data/spreadsheet-driven field.
Clear communication and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Customer service mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Familiar with Excel and AI tools like Chat GPT.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the FOX Workplace Team in all aspects of the workplace environment and its data.
Work with IWMS Facility programs and their data sets.
Assist in app management and projects.
Monitor and input data into FMI as needed.
Pull data sets for various projects from multiple sources.
Use Chat GPT to fine-tune data.
Conduct floor/building walks to report floor plan updates.
Maintain accurate data within internal tools and systems.
Track scheduled work and progress on Monday boards.
Collaborate with the Real Estate department.
