Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for Fox Plant Operations at the Century City lot. The role focuses on administrative, operational and project documentation to maintain and improve facilities, including CMMS data, SOPs, MOPs and work authorizations.

The position supports budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-team communications, with responsibility for records and reporting across plant operations and capital projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial facilities, design, construction, maintenance or capital projects.
• Experience with data collection, data management and maintaining accurate records and project documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, critical-thinking and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; collaborative across disciplines.
• Self-motivated, customer-service oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget forms, purchase orders, billing documentation and invoices; assist with project scopes, budgets, cost tracking and agreements with contractors.
• Prepare, publish and maintain Work Authorizations, MOPs, SOPs and other operational communications.
• Enter and maintain maintenance and preventive-maintenance records in CMMS; generate reports for planning and decision-making.
• Maintain historical construction project files and architectural/engineering drawings; retrieve facility information as needed.
• Interface with Fox Lot trades, Facilities teams, internal departments and external project partners throughout planning, pricing and construction.
• Support planning, scheduling and coordination of multiple maintenance and capital projects.
• Provide administrative and project support to Plant Operations management, including meeting scheduling and departmental initiatives.
• Perform other related administrative, operational, and project duties as assigned.
