Job summary

Fox Corporation’s Studio Lot is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join the team in Los Angeles. You will handle day-to-day shipping/receiving duties, coordinate carriers, and use our internal systems to track, log, and resolve service requests.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with FOX software and equipment handling is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or mail services.
• Strong knowledge of shipping software across multiple platforms and inventory systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to employees, clients, vendors, and trades.
• Respond to service requests via email, phone, voicemail, or in person; log and dispatch teams.
• Operate ticketing system for open/close/resolve/escalation of requests.
• Prepare and label outbound shipments and maintain records; receive, sort, and deliver parcels.
