Job Description SummaryThe Mixed Methods Research Lab (MMRL) works with investigators to provide conceptual and technical support for mixed method, community based, and clinical research studies. As part of the MMRL research team, the temporary senior research coordinator will be required to participate in and manage a variety of research projects and assign and oversee the work of support staff (research coordinators), under the direction of the Director, Associate Director, and Program Manager.
Job DescriptionThe Mixed Methods Research Lab (MMRL) works with investigators to provide conceptual and technical support for mixed method, community based, and clinical research studies. As part of the MMRL research team, the temporary senior research coordinator will be required to participate in and manage a variety of research projects and assign and oversee the work of support staff (research coordinators), under the direction of the Director, Associate Director, and Program Manager. The temporary senior research coordinator will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of research programming including: protocol development, subject recruitment, accrual tracking, instrument development, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate will be involved in data collection (e.g. conducting individual interviews and focus group moderation), cleaning, management and analysis, database development, and is expected to meaningfully query data and supervise written summaries of qualitative findings. They will be expected to track project progress and manage all study data using MS Excel, MS Access, NVivo, RedCAP, and Qualtrics/Survey Monkey.
