This Senior Financial Aid Specialist supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University, focusing on policy, procedure, technology, and process optimization. The role requires high attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to generate innovative ideas. The Senior Specialist is part of the Financial Aid Compliance Team within the Home Office division, reporting to the Director of Financial Aid - Compliance.
Pay: Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The hourly pay range is $27.79 to $37.60. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match.
