Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a temporary, fully remote role starting 9/1 through November. Pay is $23/hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm Pacific Time, and equipment provided if you have high-speed internet.

You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting, maintain eligibility records, and collaborate with IT and client services to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, client support, or related role.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
• Assist users with system navigation, troubleshooting, and general product support.
• Maintain benefit eligibility records and process member updates accurately.
• Investigate and resolve issues while partnering with technical teams when escalation is needed.
• Document requests, issues, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures.
• Support new client implementations, onboarding activities, and user training.
• Conduct data audits and help resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements and functionality.
