Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a Customer Service Representative to support client employees with benefits and payroll inquiries. This role is fully remote, offers 40 hours per week, and includes equipment provision. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide employees through processes in a fast-paced environment.

Required: HS Diploma/GED and 1+ year of related experience; strong typing, MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Prior call center experience is a plus.

Overview

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting employees of our clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance related to benefits and payroll. Position Details

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote
• Gallagher will provide all necessary equipment; you will simply need a reliable high-speed internet connection.

About You

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to employee benefits, human resources, or payroll processes.
• Previous call center experience.
