Ideal candidates have 1 year of property management experience, 2 years of customer service, and familiarity with Yardi and MS365. The position offers full-time hours with benefits and on-site work in Portland.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• One year of property management experience required.
• Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred.
• Basic MS365 experience (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including marketing and promotions.
• Maintain property integrity and curb appeal across the community.
• Screen prospective residents and process applications.
• Collect rents, issue notices, and perform regular reporting.
• Prepare property management agreements and reports.
