Job summary

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is seeking an Affordable Assistant Manager for Magnolia I & II and Vibrant! in Portland.

You’ll assist day-to-day management, handle marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, notices, and reporting for 193 units. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $24.00–$26.00, a 40-hour work week, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and an employer‑provided life insurance.

Qualifications

• Six months of affordable property management experience preferred.
• PBV and PSH experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math for rent collection and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and office equipment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• English literacy and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day management of a property.
• Handle marketing and maintain property integrity.
• Screen prospective residents.
• Collect rents and prepare reports.
• Prepare lease agreements.
• Assist with notices and compliance.
