Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• One year of property management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
• Experience with MS365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and leasing at Minerva Apartments.
• Screen prospective residents and collect rents.
• Prepare reports and rental/lease agreements.
• Maintain property integrity and handle notices.
