Job summary

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for Lents Commons in Portland, OR. The role involves day-to-day property management, marketing, screening residents, rent collection, notices, and reporting for a mixedLIHTC/market-rate community.

On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and a path to professional growth. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, property management, and affordable housing programs, plus experience with Yardi and MS365; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Two years of property management experience required.
• Two years of affordable housing program experience (LIHTC or similar).
• Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred.
• MS365 including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency.
• Basic math skills; ability to perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, Fair Housing laws, and safety protocols.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations for Lents Commons.
• Market properties and screen prospective residents.
• Collect rents and prepare reports and notices.
• Maintain property integrity and oversee amenities.
• Coordinate with third-party billing for water/sewer for market-rate residents.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent tenant relations and after-hours support.
