CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for the Victorian Inn Apartments, a 62-unit community in downtown Portland. Responsibilities include marketing, screening residents, collecting rents, serving notices, and preparing reports and agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience with LITHC/PBV knowledge.
• Experience with rental operations and screening processes.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS365.
• Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations for the 62-unit community.
• Market the property and handle resident screening, rent collection, and notices.
• Develop and prepare management reports and legal/lease agreements.

Job description

CRMG is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 62-unit apartment community in downtown Portland, The Victorian Inn Apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a historical building with lots of charm.

The Affordable Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Hourly Rate:

$30.00- $32.00/hr

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours:

40hrs

Additional Compensation:

A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Downtown parking pass included.

What You Will Bring As The Affordable Property Manager

• Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
• One (1) year of previous property management experience are required with a strong background LITHC and PBV funding programs.
• Previous Yardi, Tenant Tech and Document Locator Property Management Software experience is preferred.
• Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.
• Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
