Qualifications

• Level I – Work experience and/or training in the related job category is required, including valid licenses and/or certifications, if applicable.
• Level II – Extensive work experience and/or training that is directly related to the job category is required, including valid licenses and/or certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor with all phases of a project.
• Work directly with the supervisor in the development and coordination of the project budget, delivery expectations, and tracking the status of project expectations and results.
• Assist or serve as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and outside agencies to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor related to project timeline, delivery, reporting, and expectations.
• Assist with determining the allocation of resources, including department staff and hourly employees, in an efficient manner.
