Aquent Talent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the assessment and launch of new products in a fast-paced development environment. You will facilitate the journey from concept to market while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will organize meetings, prepare decks, and track progress using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting. This temporary role emphasizes operational excellence and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar support role, preferably within a product development or innovation-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments of prototypes across various product categories, providing detailed feedback on performance, texture, and quality.
• Perform competitive product assessments to inform strategic development decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting product benefits, leveraging strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organize and schedule innovation and follow-up meetings, effectively presenting product benefits to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and technical dossiers.
• Coordinate vendor showcases and facilitate follow-up with internal teams for feedback and next steps.
• Manage and maintain a detailed project tracker spreadsheet, ensuring all statuses are current, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Liaise with vendors to request and track product samples and marketing materials.
• Organize and track product samples, coordinating delivery to internal contacts.
• Ensure proper disposal and meticulous organization of product samples.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping of samples.
