Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a seasoned program management professional to independently manage the full lifecycle of advanced programs in Atlanta. You will define scope, timelines, and governance, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead change initiatives with independent judgment.

You will build systems for continuous improvement, nurture stakeholder relationships, and manage data and status reporting to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes across complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Independently author comprehensive program charters, detailing scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, risks, and dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility into program constraints.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Design and implement predictable program communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, and represent the program team across diverse touchpoints.
  • Execute identified change management requirements, developing and overseeing rollout plans, including impact analysis, in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of change management rollouts, actively resolving any misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Independently determine and collect necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies while integrating values such as Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Define robust program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and driving productive program team meetings.
  • Determine program phasing and establish metrics that drive continuous improvement, including Resource Stewardship, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for any program pivots.
