Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design/product development.
• 0–5 years in product design or product development; recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with data systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of prototype products and monitor the development process for the product line.

• Manage workflow of weekly updates so composites stay current for vendors, production, technical design, and merchandising.
• Track development milestones to ensure execution stays within timeframes.

Job description

A well-known retail apparel brand is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to support its Product Development team on a project-based contract. This is a great fit for someone early in their product career, including recent graduates, who is organized, detail-driven, and excited to work behind the scenes on how product comes to life.

You will be the go-to person for development details, keeping timelines, sample tracking, and vendor communication moving. Expect a mix of system and data work, sample handling, and cross-functional coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the development of prototype products and monitor the overall development process for the product line
• Act as the point of contact on development details with vendor partners
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0 to 5 years of product design or product development experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

• Comfort working in data systems and spreadsheets
• Clear communicator who can keep multiple partners aligned
