You will organize and track progress, prepare decks, and coordinate vendor samples and shipping, contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced development environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role in product development or innovation.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical assessments of prototypes across product categories, providing feedback on performance and quality.
• Prepare reports highlighting product benefits using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organize and schedule innovation meetings and present product benefits to stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks and technical dossiers.
• Coordinate vendor showcases and follow-up with internal teams for feedback and next steps.
• Manage a detailed project tracker and actively participate in team meetings.
• Liaise with vendors to request and track product samples and marketing materials.
• Organize and track product samples and ensure proper disposal and organization.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping of samples.
