Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key partners within the organization to secure inspiring assets for product development.
• Manage asset requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery for product development.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools to provide clear status updates on asset requests and approvals.
• Facilitate product and packaging approvals through online systems, coordinating collaborative meetings and adhering to strict timelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive product presentations for line reviews and executive meetings; offer essential support to Product Design and Development teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes within consumer product categories.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple product-related projects of varying complexity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining product presentations and related materials.
• A foundational understanding of iconic entertainment brands, characters, and stories.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Strong computer software skills, including presentation, design, and office productivity tools.
