Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help for on-site maintenance across its communities. Responsibilities include cleaning, repairs, make-ready units, and grounds upkeep under supervision. Regular, predictable attendance and timely response to service requests are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and operate onsite software; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, units, and common areas.
• Daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs and replacements for community areas and units.
• Daily exterior maintenance and pool maintenance with logs.
• Inspect property daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Support safety programs and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in unit inspections and report violations to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
