Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Temporary Member Service Representative to join our Ithaca, NY branch. In this frontline role, you will assist members with routine transactions, deliver friendly service, and help ensure accurate account support in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time and temporary through March 2027, with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays. On-site in Ithaca at 410 Elmira Rd.

Responsibilities
