Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Member Service Representative to act as the first contact for members, delivering a friendly, service-focused experience in a busy branch. You will process daily financial transactions and support members with deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries.

With comprehensive training, this entry point role offers growth into advanced positions within the organization, with typical Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM shifts and rotating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Proficient with standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.).

Responsibilities

Process everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account questions.
Provide friendly, personalized service to every member.
Help identify member needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Resolve account issues and elevate complex concerns when needed.
Support overall branch operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
