Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking Temporary Member Service Representatives to join the Binghamton branch team in New York. This temporary full-time role (40 hours/week) will support members with routine transactions and account inquiries, delivering a friendly and professional experience.

The position runs through the end of December/January with potential for internal postings later. Compensation is $17.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous teller, cash handling, customer service, or member service experience is a plus.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and service skills.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math functions.
• Commitment to following credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.
• No sponsorship for employment authorization or immigration-related support for this position.
