Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our stabilized properties. You will lead maintenance teams, manage preventive maintenance programs, and oversee equipment such as boilers, pumps, and pool systems, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate with vendors, and supervise make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years maintenance experience on multifamily/mixed-use properties.
• Strong leadership and supervision of Technicians and Porters.
• Experience with boilers, water softeners, pumps, pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors when needed.
• Manage inventory, materials, tools, and re-ordering with supervision.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing if feasible.
