Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to warmly greet clients, assist shoppers, operate POS, and keep the sales floor organized. You will process shipments, replenish stock, and support merchandising updates while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ retail experience, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and peak times, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or cashier/sales background.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS and walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and manage stock levels; replenish sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards.
