Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs and store targets.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
